Founded in 2026, The Service Pathway is a platform that brings together current and aspiring civil servants, as well as individuals with an interest in policy and think tanks within the public sector.
We aim to connect people with the knowledge, guidance, and support they need to better understand the Civil Service and the range of careers and professions within it. We are committed to inspiring the next generation to consider public service, while supporting those already working across the Civil Service and within policy on their career journey.
The Civil Service plays a vital role in delivering public services that support people and communities across the country. To do this effectively, it must be informed by a broad range of perspectives, experiences, and talents.
